This ensures that our various teams, design, architects, programmer, project manager & client are are on teh same page because we follow the "buildbook".

Properly crafting the buildbook over the lenght of the project is the responsibility of the project manager, who ensures that all team working on a project always referers and update the buildbook.

Once we have completed a project, the documentation remains attached to the project and upgrades, maintenance and changes are easier to implement.
