This is when we meet again. At this stage, most of the modules are completed, and a complete site review with the client and staff is carried out to ensure proper workflow.

At this stage, several changes are made. With changes, timelines are adjusted, the Build Book modified, and we get closer to completion.
During this time, a test group is identified among the clients' closest partners, friends or loyal customers. Feedback from this "BETA" testing will be reported, analyzed and some recommendations made.
The key points covered during this process are:
- Accessibility, ideally with the help of real users
- Navigation and Content testing
- Load time
- Just about everything else
